I took a 10-year leap of faith to become a chef, moving from California to Brooklyn, and it eventually landed me to New Jersey. In the restaurant industry, I've experienced and done a lot. Everything began with my love of delicious food, which inspired me to work harder at everything I did, from setting the tables to washing the dishes to serving to managing. experimenting with various ingredients and tastes. For this, I started to work as a chef. As a result, I worked very hard in this area and had my family's support until I had saved enough money to launch Drew's Burgers Bus. Burgers were my choice since they prompted a desire to enter the kitchen. I remember as a young man, a burger carried me through the night. They were everywhere.
